Selection Center Assistant – Lansdale, PA
Our Selection Center offers our customer’s customer (typically a homeowner) the opportunity to select the exact slabs of granite they want for their project. Our Representative facilitates this process, both in person and via phone, places material on hold and follows up with the Fabricators regarding that on-hold inventory. We expect that the Representative will provide superior customer service to enhance the customer’s experience at our Center. Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Wednesday and 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Saturday.
- Offer a pleasant atmosphere to view premium quality stones with excellent customer support
- Set up appointments; answer incoming calls and enter granite orders
- Greet customers with selection center information regarding safety, pricing, and selection process
- Profile all key customers’ specifications for natural stones and facilitate order selection
