C.H. Briggs' CEO Visits White House
Julia Klein, Chairwoman and CEO of C.H. Briggs Company, was one of about 70 people from across America invited to the White House on February 17th as representatives of how the federal economic stimulus has helped the country. It was the first anniversary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, a $787 billion program designed to counteract the recession. Read this article posted on bctv.org.

C.H. Briggs Adorns City of Philadelphia with DuPont™ Corian® Bench Inventions During DesignPhiladelphia
DuPont and C.H. Briggs have partnered to sponsor DesignPhiladelphia, one of the nation's largest events of its kind. The city-wide weeklong cultural celebration will feature all things design from architecture to interior design, fashion to product design, textile to graphic design. DuPont™ and C.H. Briggs have several events planned for the week including the "Corian Bench Inventions" a project which includes local designers and fabricators working together to design and fabricate inventive and contemporary benches made out of Corian® and displayed throughout the city.

C.H. Briggs Announces Expanded Distribution in Southern Markets
C.H. Briggs has been awarded expanded product distribution rights in some of the fastest growing markets in the United States. C.H. Briggs will now have the infrastructure to market its surfacing products, including DuPont™ Corian® solid surfaces, Zodiaq® quartz surfaces and granite in Baltimore, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Eastern Tennessee. The expansion will begin with surfacing products, followed by hardware and board products.

DuPont Corian Design Studio Opens in Philadelphia
As the first surfacing solutions center for Philadelphia's architect and design community, the ultramodern Corian Design Studio is part showroom, part drafting table and part art gallery. C.H. Briggs, one of the largest distributors of DuPont Surfaces, partnered with DuPont and Harry Allen Design to unveil an inspiring downtown space where greater Philadelphia's architects, designers, specialty retailers and commercial specifiers can expand their understanding of Corian as an inventive, multi-dimensional material.
