READING, PA, April 20, 2012 - Julia Klein, Chairwoman and CEO of C.H. Briggs, has been invited to speak at the upcoming Inforum 2012 annual user conference to be held April 22-25 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. Klein will be speaking to more than 4,000 Infor customers and partners on Tuesday, April 24, at 9:30am MDT (11:30am EDT) and streamed live at www.inforum2012.com/inforumvideo. The presentation will focus on strategies for innovation and techniques for improving the overall customer experience.
