How can I open an account online?

New C.H. Briggs customers:

  • Click No for current C.H. Briggs customer. 
  • Select either the Credit Card Account or Line of Credit Account and complete the respective application.
  • Click Submit.
  • Within several business days, you will receive an email confirming your Username and Password.


Do you sell directly to retail consumers?

No, C.H. Briggs is a wholesale distributor and sells products and services to other businesses.


Do you have a showroom where customers can go to see products available for sale?

Yes, C.H. Briggs has 2 Selection Centers where designers, fabricators and consumers can view granite & marble, and other premium surfaces material.

The C.H. Briggs Selection Center at Telford located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, showcases over 200 surface materials, including granite, marble, DuPont™ Corian®, and DuPont™ Zodiaq® quartz. Open to the trade and public, the Selection Center hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. We invite you to schedule an appointment to stop by and browse our gallery of surfacing materials.

Our Selection Center located at 635 Gold Hill Road in Fort Mill, South Carolina welcomes visitors Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. by appointment only. DuPont Corian solid surfaces, Zodiaq quartz surfaces, IceStone, and granite natural stone are all on display. Where are your distribution centers located and what are the hours for local pick up?

We have four distribution centers where orders can be picked up. The hours of operation are:

Please schedule pick up of your order at least one hour in advance to ensure that it is ready upon your arrival. Call Customer Service at 1.800.355.1000 or email us.


How do I use the website to check pricing and product availability if I'm already a registered website user?

  • Login and enter your Username and Password.
  • Click the Login button to get to the Quick Check page.
  • At the price and availability section, enter the Briggs item number and quantity and click the Check button for pricing and availability.

Do you accept American Express and Discover?

Yes, we accept several methods of payment, including American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.


I am already a C.H. Briggs customer with a credit card account, how can I open a line of credit?

  • Complete the Line of Credit Account Application and click Submit.
  • Please print, sign and return the disclosure statement. This document must be faxed back to our Credit Department at fax # 610.921.4832.
  • Upon the completion of our evaluation, C.H. Briggs will confirm with you in writing the terms of sale.
