Erica is in her second year as manager of the Selection Center at our Fort Mill, South Carolina distribution center location. Servicing both the trade and the public, she schedules and conducts personal tours of the facility with fabricators, specifiers, and regional homebuilders, as well as their retail customers. In addition she is responsible for the displays and inventory at the Selection Center, ensuring that a wide variety of granite, DuPont™ Corian® solid surfaces, DuPont™ Zodiaq® quartz surfaces, and IceStone® are available for viewing and selection at the indoor/outdoor facility.
Prior to joining C.H. Briggs and Carapace LLC, Erica was an Account Manager and Sales Associate for a landscape and irrigation firm, as well as a granite / natural stone yard. Working with customers to help design and select their materials, Erica has earned a reputation for innovative design, and superior sales support and customer service.
